Summary: Best hotel in Santorini . Spa is excellent 10/10 I would definitely stay here again . Staff are friendly and helpful .

Summary: I chose this hotel because one of the pools has gradual shallow steps - my elderly parent cannot climb up and down the usual vertical-style pool steps so this was a really important feature for us. It meant she was able to use the pool by walking in and out. The hotel was generally lovely. The rooms had lots of space, were always clean, and the balcony was really appreciated. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food was really good quality and well prepared. Plenty of option for breakfast. As a vegetarian, I sometimes found dinner options a bit repetitive, but it was always nice. The location is really convenient. There is a beautiful view of sunset over the caldera from directly opposite the hotel! A short walk to the bus stations where there are buses to everywhere around the island. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

Summary: Views around the properties were indisputable. The caldera sunset views are just across the road. The shops and restaurants are just 10 minutes walk . The hotel is just not too far from the main market square . Perfect location and the amazing service from the staff.would love to come back. We were upgraded to family room which included 2 rooms . My only disappointment was there was only one mirror.

Summary: The room was always super nice and some very nice maid for service. Good location near Fira. You need only 10 walk to town an if you got a room in the lower levels its is really quite (no street or car noise).
