Negative: 1. The front desk staff were not very friendly at all. 2. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. 3. There is a bar directly adjacent and there was loud music the night we got there. 4. Breakfast offering was poor.

Positive: Great central location. High quality facilities Very clean rooms and communal areas HB evening meal was of high quality Small but nice spa area with sauna and hot tub which was included within our suite price
Negative: Disappointing breakfast which also closed at 9.30am on the dot. Staff were generally quite officious. Made it difficult for us to check out of one of our suites 1 hr later than 10am. Didn’t explain that you had to book the 1 hour spa slot in advance and felt slightly that we were tourists being churned through

Negative: Dinner is served during timed slots and you have little choice about when. Service is slow. Prior reviews spoke of sewage smells, I didn't smell anything before I went to bed but noticed it in the morning.

Positive: The property is exceptionally clean and the food was incredible. We used the spa as well and had a relaxing view of the serene landscape.
Negative: They had a some issue with my booking. Inspite of booking through Booking.com they couldn’t charge my local card and called me back to the reception and seemed like they charged a bit excess too.
