Positive: You get what you pay for. The food is okay, all things considered. The staff are friendly and patient, and no complaints about the staff who want to help. It's in a nice location and close to the beach. Loads of shops and even one in the hotel, which is perfect.

Negative: Where do I start? 😅 You get what you pay for, and it's cheap for a reason. Lots of lairy drunk people, smoking and drinking all day by the main bar that hands out alcohol, but in fairness, you can head to the other pools if you’d prefer something a bit calmer and less… anthropologically revealing. Ideal for someone who wants to be surrounded by that environment, but not for everyone. The rooms are tired, and this is absolutely a no-thrills hotel. In the first room we had, the air con didn't work, and the second room we were given was noisy and street-facing, so there's just always a compromise with this place, but expected given the cost. The poolside towels are a bit of a joke; they wanted an £8 cash deposit (100MAD) for a towel that, quite frankly, was discoloured and tatty, so just buy or bring your own. Food's okay at best. There's next to no fruit and very limited breakfast options. Lunch is by far the best part of the day. For non buffet options at dinner, it was Italian or a Moroccan set menu. And that was about it, again, though, fine for the price I paid. If you're looking at a budget, this place will tick that box, but don't expect anything above and beyond because it just won't deliver.

Positive: The food has slightly improved, the gentleman at the reception are very warm, welcoming and accommodating! Staff in the canteen are also helpful and friendly!

Negative: I had money on the side in my hotel and a cleaner came in the room and took it! The towels are not clean, the rooms have a damp smell. The cleaners don't clean the rooms with disinfectant. Sheets had hair in. Better cleaning schedules are needed for this hotel. Definitely does not look anything like the pictures rooms need a lick of paint as they are dull! I was glad I brought my own pillowcase!

Summary: Outdated, not like the images! Damp/mouldy smelling rooms!
