Positive: The apartment is spacious with 2 rooms. Wifi and Netflix are available. The kitchen is also functional but with minimum equipment. The washer is also available but not very clean.
Negative: The bathroom floods easily so most of our stay, it was waterlogged. There is a mop available for you to dry it out yourself. Basic amenities such as towel was threadbare and slippers were not provided. The floor was cold. While spacious, the apartment is not very cosy.

Positive: Location is very near the airport, mall, etc. and the state of cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Negative: It was a bad timing for us, the sliding door of the shower was recently destroyed by the previous occupants so water comes out each time we shower and we are a family of 4. So imagine the water that comes out on the floor, we spend so much time cleaning the floor after every shower and there is no mop so we have to do it by hands and towel. It was really frustrating. We informed the owner about it but i guess there was no one to buy a shower curtain or a mop for us during our stay. They did provide us with additional toilet tissue and garbage bags as there was none in the bathroom. There were only 2 towels provided for us 4 occupants. Only the masters bedroom has an air conditioning. The second room was very hot considering it is still September. My sons were not very comfortable as there is no electric fan or AC in the room. Also, there is no lift and the apartment is located on the 5th floor.
Summary: Despite and inspite of the few reasons that caused some discomfort in our stay, overall it was a pleasant experience for

Negative: A few little items were missing. Extra towels and some toiletries. Minor issues. I'm sure the host may have just been unaware.
