Positive: The phone inside the room isn’t working Garage parking is with high fee Moreover they don’t answer quick enough to open the garage
Negative: Still waiting for my deposit as they told me 2-3 working days now it’s almost over a week🤔🤔
Summary: Less than average but to be fare maybe it’s due to the renovation

Positive: I had a problem with the air conditioning in my room, and the staff was very kind and upgraded me to a suite. Very good.
Negative: It's a little annoying, the fact that it's under renovation, but it's understandable because it's for improvement.

Positive: Great location close to Cedar Sinai. Very comfortable room.
Negative: We knew the hotel is undergoing renovation. The room was beautifully remodeled. A couple things missing: hook on the back of the bathroom to hamg towel/toiletries bag. No security latch on the door. There IS a deadbolt, I am just used to having a latch as well. Lastly, I was surprised there was no map for emergency exit on the back of the room door (like usual). All things, I am sure will be fixed in the reno.
Summary: Planning on returning in 2 weeks!

Positive: Very comfortable stay Room was clean Bed was comfortable Staff were helpful
Negative: Shower pressure was less. The door lock was a bit dodgy. I wasn't explained about the tax at check in so a nice guy at reception said it will be waived off but it wasn't on the final bill.
