Summary: The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. It was so nice staying there. Communication was good with the landlord. The house and the swimming pool were clean and we felt very comfortable. We had a wonderful week staying there.

Summary: The view at this property is outstanding! We arrived late due to flight delays and the property manager was extremely accommodating and kind. He showed us around the house and gave us recommendations on grocery shopping as well as restaurants. The rooms are big enough, but I think more comfortable bedding would be a good thing. The property was mostly clean, but things like the closets were not tidy. We had an issue with the air conditioning that leaked water and the dish washer didn't work, but the property manager was out to the house literally 10 minutes after we contacted them and they fixed everything! Really great service! The location was good, but also away from everything. It's what we wanted, but be aware of distances to major cities when you book. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the space.

Summary: Beautiful seaside home in a quiet community. Our first visit to Mallorca and it proved a perfect home base for all day exploring the stunning island and then home for sunset, sangria, and a quiet dinner. Superb!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this property. It has a great swimming pool and the view is second to none. It was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space for 6 of us. We spent most of our time at the villa since it’s so lovely and really quiet. We went to Palma a couple of times and thoroughly enjoyed wandering around and some good meals. We highly recommend restaurant Mirador de Cabrera which is a 10 minute walk away. Another very special view and the food was the best we had. We aborted our attempt to go to Es Trenc beach because the single track road to it was so busy it was getting blocked and the car park was full. The beach at Cala Pi (which is closer) is ok - not the crystal clear waters we were hoping for but a pleasant place to spend some time. If you’re looking for relaxation, peace and quiet, I highly recommend this villa for your stay in Mallorca.

Summary: We stayed at the villa for 5 weeks. Me, my husband and our dogs. The villa was well equipped. Comfortable beds. We had visitors a long weekend and the villa was perfect for 6 adults. The neighborhood was quite and nearby fantastic scenery and trails for long walks along the coastline. A car is needed to get to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, we were however prepared for this. The restaurants nearby were closed for the winter season. The villa had a glazed porch that we used a lot when it got a little chilly. We would love to return.

Summary: We are thrilled with our week in Mallorca at Ca'n Vallgornera! We couldn't have asked for a better stay! Access - easy. Address showed up easily on Waze and Google maps and we arrived in less than 30 minutes from the PMI airport. Palma is 30-40 minutes, Es Trenc beach is 20 minutes. Communication - Peter met us at the house and showed us the basics. Klaus checked on us multiple times to ensure everything was fine. Peter again met us at the departure time. Communication was excellent. House - the house was the perfect for 5 people. Three bedrooms upstairs with two single beds each. Each had on en-suite bathroom with shower and access to back balcony looking out on sea. First floor had great room with kitchen, dining area and living area. Two outdoors tables under upstairs balcony so shaded, one can be enclosed with folding glass panels/walls. All appliances were in perfect working condition (fridge, stove, toaster, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, AC, TV, etc). Outdoor - view is amazing - house is situated on a cliff overlooking the sea with island of Cabrera right in front. Faces south so sun all day. Pool was perfect temp. Grill worked - but the day we decided to grill out was quite windy so hard to keep it lit. Six tumbonas/ chaise lounges. One word of advice: in summer there are mosquitos which come out like clockwork when the sun sets, so if they are attracted to you consider buying repellent. All windows upstairs had screens so you could sleep with sea breeze and not have to put on AC. Neighborhood - very quiet neighborhood. At night and in morning only sound was the waves crashing and seagulls. In Cala de Pi, there are two small markets with necessities, as well as a few restaurants. Town center and cala is a 45 min walk from the house but only 8 min in car. Note that the markets closed fairly early each night (7:30) so if you need more supplies or something later you may have to go to Sa Rápita or Llucmajor. Overall the stay was absolutely wonderful.

Summary: This marvelous home has all the ingredients for a superb vacation. Amazing Mediterranean location. Pool is excellent. Home is really very very lovely. Very comfortable outdoor dining and patio areas. Just right ! We shall return again and again. Owner and manager were attentive and available as needed. Very lovely
