Summary: We stayed over the holidays and didn't travel around, so can't comment on the location's convenience. The kids loved the pool table, and the house itself is very comfortable and modern. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. However, there were a few issues with cleanliness—water bottles and Kleenex left under the bed from the previous guests, and the coffee maker was not cleaned, with mold present. Additionally, the tips of the pool cues were all missing.

Summary: My husband and I came to visit aging parents and needed to be close to where they are being cared for and a place for quiet to ourselves when finished visiting busy family and friends. This house was lovely, clean, warm and had everything we needed. It was way too big for just the two of us, but we would come here again because it was and remains perfect for a home away from home. Shopping for groceries was very close and easy. Sam - thank you!

Summary: The place was clean and perfect size for what we needed. The remote did not work but it was relaced right away. Response time for any questions were quick. Barbecue would have been good as it was hot when we were there. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks Sam the space.

Summary: We rented for a wedding. Lots of amenities but most notably, great kurig coffee machine with a stock of coffee, so we didn't have to go out and purchase. New area so no concerns with security. Would rent again
