Summary: We rented this house as we needed to accommodate 6 family members over the holidays. It was a much better alternative than renting multiple hotel rooms in the area. The house delivered on its main attraction which was single level living with a yard to accommodate our dog. This is not easy to find in the area. The neighborhood is exceptional - one of the best in the area and very quiet. The house is very comfortable and furnished well. It has been a rental for a while and one should not expect the same level of amenities as an owner occupied property. It is however, priced accordingly and at what I consider to be an exceptional value for the area. The house is actively listed for sale and when staying there we did have to work with the listing agent to accommodate two showings in the space of one week. We remained in the house when the showings occurred and the agent gave us plenty of advanced notice for the showings and was very kind. You should also be aware that there is a guest house which is rented separately. You will need to share driveway parking with the other renter which is not an issue. I would rent this house again without hesitation if ai was in need of a 4 bedroom property.
