Summary: This home was better than described. The backyard is beautiful but the front porch is so nice to relax on in the morning as well. The renters communication was great. They checked in on us during the trip and were so kind. Check-in and check-out were described perfectly and a breeze. The house was very clean and decorated very nicely with lots of upgrades. Summary: The property is in a quiet neighborhood, and has a great backyard as well as a lot of great common spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with spices and lots of great kitchen utensils. The decor is tasteful, the furniture comfortable, and all the fixtures are in great shape. The downstairs lounge area is especially nice on hot days. Parking can be a little tricky if you don't want to park on the street.

Summary: This house is in an ideal location. 2 miles to just about everything in the city. Plenty of room for our group to hang out. We were able to sit around a nice fire in the back yard fire pit. Amenities and attention to details from host were incredible. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: The outdoor area sold us on this place for our bachelor party. Had plenty of spots to sleep and we were able to cook a great meal. Watch your head going down the stairs!

Summary: The house was the perfect place for my friends and I to set up a base of operations for a long weekend in Denver. It was in easy walking distance to RiNo, and close to the other parts of Denver we visited. It was also a great place to chill after a long day of exploring and playing.
