New and bright apartment with all amenities, on a 5 floor with two large lifts and doorman. It is located in the best neighborhood of Madrid, next to the Goya metro station and the Retiro park, a hub of shopping, culture and gastronomy. It has a bedroom with a bed of 1.60 and in the living room sofa bed of 1.40 (with special mattress). In the dining room / kitchen there is a sofa bed of 90. Large 43-inch smartTV television in living room and bedroom. Central heating, air conditioning, natural gas and alarm. I live next door and I can provide laundry and ironing service. Large closets and new and well equipped kitchen. C / bathroom with shower screen. Possibility of own parking near my property.
The house completely renovated, has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days knowing our capital and its surroundings; We have books and guides.
