Summary: This is a beautiful home. It was PERFECT for our large family gathering. The rooms are exquisitely decorated and well thought out. There was plenty of room for 16 of us comfortably. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking with all of the essentials. After booking, I was told that VRBO had the listing price wrong and was asked for more money and as there were no other listings in the area, I consented. Although, when I asked to stay longer for a discounted price, the hostess allowed for this for which I was thankful! The neighbors did not like us. We immediately saw signs everywhere about not parking in front of their houses. One neighbor actually towed cars in to block the sidewalk in front of the home to make parking difficult . We actually spoke to the neighbor who admitted to this stating that neighbors are frustrated as there are consistent problems with the people who rent this house. The driveway is VERY steep. But everything considered, I would rent this house again and speak with the neighbors to let them know we are not having parties.

Summary: This is a lovely house with lots of room. Backyard is beautifully maintained with a nice firepit. We had plenty of rooms and comfortable beds to sleep in. Most rooms have a TV in them and there is a nice large TV room upstairs. The town is cute. We spent some time at the little park just down the street and bought some beautiful flowers at the farmers market. We ate at a couple of te restaurants and everything was good. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only negative I'd mention is the driveway is quite steep and there is no access to the garage. We parked on it a few times but ultimately decided we preferred parking on the street. There must have been some beef with previous visitors as the neighbor has signs up asking visitors to not park infront of their home. You can easily fit three cars infront of the house on the street so this wasn't a problem for us but this is something to keep in mind for larger groups.
