Summary: Great central location to places and restaurants. House was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toiletries. There were no washcloths so you’ll want to bring your own. I’m extremely picky on showers/tubs and this one was clean enough to stand in and shower without giving me the ick. Thermostat batteries went out while staying here and they were quick to replace them. 10/10 would stay here again.

Summary: This property is super cute! It was very clean, and very comfortable for two adults. Loved the screened in porch, with the ceiling fan. It was 90 degrees outside, but the porch was still very comfortable, The location is central Austin, so very easy to get anywhere in Austin from. Appreciated the host has coffee there for you. The water pressure for showering is excellent. We used the extra room next to the bedroom for our suitcases and to get ready. We liked it very much and do recommend it!

Summary: It was clean. Screened porch was GREAT. Location is choice. The clinic or whatever is across the street had ZERO impact on our stay. I would EASILY book this again for me and a special someone! Galaxy Cafe, coffee place, and market are all an easy stroll down 10th street.

Summary: First and foremost, the screened in porch is the perfect refuge from the busy west campus madness! So quiet and peaceful! The home is filled with natural light and pretty nighttime views of my beloved ATX! It was wonderfully equipped with every little thing you might need. I wasn’t able to get the door unlocked upon arrival but could have very well been user error and they were VERY prompt in solving the minor issue! I will most definitely be back!!
