Summary: The home is beautiful and well maintained in a very nice location. It has all the amenities you could want. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away. Luiza was instantly responsive to the few questions I had. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!

Summary: So glad we found and stayed at this home. My brother and I, both in our 60’s, needed a place in Anthem for a few nights. This place was perfect for us. It is located in a lovely neighborhood and close to dining and shopping. It is beautiful, clean, private enclosed car garage, community pool, gorgeous views. The host communicated well, and was very accommodating. We would highly recommended this place, and I would love to return to this home if in the Anthem area. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

Summary: Thank you for sharing your home. We really liked the central location with an easy drive for us to visit family in the valley. We fully utilized the kitchen which could be better stocked, however the property manager did happen to drop by and he promptly deliver a new can opener. We liked the bright open living area and secure garage. Thanks again

Summary: Excellent location to enjoy Northern Phoenix. Well equipped townhouse, in safe, scenic neighborhood. Very responsive, helpful owners. Only issue was our long-bed truck did not fit in the garage so had to keep the garage door open. Secure double locks on the doors so no security issues. Loved the walking path behind the complex. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Summary: Nice clean home. One pool on site not heated but lovely. The other two pools were in the neighborhood. Looked lovely but we did not use them. No blow dryer as listed. Over all. We had a wonderful time.

Summary: This was a 2nd stay for me. I brought a friend with me this time who has bad knees. So, He used the downstairs bedroom & bathroom. Worked out perfectly. The property is close to Ben Avery Shooting Facility and made for a VERY easy 5 minute commute daily. We easily avoided the daily rush-hour traffic that Phoenix is known for. The property and host were great. The next time we schedule a trip to Phoenix, I'll see if this property is available again!
