Summary: My husband and I and our daughter (23) stayed here while attending a graduation in December. We were busy and appreciated the convenient walk to restaurants.The house has a great kitchen if you’d rather eat in and space to hang out for small group or family. Host was friendly and helpful.

Summary: We stayed here in November for my bachelorette trip. It comfortably slept 6 of us. The house was adorable, well kept, and easy to access. We walked around the German village with plenty to do and see! I highly recommend!!

Summary: The property does have three bedrooms. The "master" bedroom is on the ground floor and has en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are up a narrow, winding stairway and there is no bathroom on that second floor. The second bath is on the ground floor. Pity the guest who seeks the bathroom in the night! For that reason, we suggest it's find for a couple. Location is very good and there's plenty of parking. responses from manager were always quick.

Summary: The home was so cute and clean. Parking instructions were clear, and we were very thankful for the coffee provided and an accommodating host. The only thing I would note is that while there are three beds, one of the bedrooms is not a separate room - it's a space in the loft en route to the upstairs bedroom. This wasn't an issue for us at all, but just a heads up for anyone who is looking for three rooms with doors. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable.

Summary: We recently stayed at this home for a long weekend in order to attend an OSU game. The house was very nice and convenient to everything. Great neighborhood with lots nearby. The only negative we had was that Ohio was having a heat spell while we were there and the house was extremely hot, especially the bedrooms on the second story. It was almost unbearable the first night. The AC was not able to catch up or provide any cooler air until 48 hours or more into our stay. I’m sure this is generally not an issue, but was for us due to the heat wave. Otherwise, we loved everything about the home and would stay again.

Summary: This place was absolutely wonderful! It's nicely remodeled with a lot more space than appears in the pictures. The kitchen is huge and well-stocked. There's a study desk in its own area in the first floor that was the perfect work space for me to zoom into work while the family explored GV. The off-street parking sets it apart from other places in GV, and the location is a short walk to all the major GV sights. One reviewer mentioned that the upper bedrooms get got, but we just had a fan blowing out of an upstairs window 24/7 to vent the hot air out and pull the A/C upstairs, and it wasn't a problem, even though we were there on a hot summer week. Can't wait to rent this place again.

Summary: We came into town for the Ohio State Fair and a concert. Had never stayed in German Village and loved it! The cottage location is fantastic, walking distance to just about everything. Great location with actual parking, not a spot on the street. Very clean and cute. Worked really well for us two grandmothers and our two granddaughters. There is a very narrow and somewhat steep odd staircase to the second floor (2 bedrooms) and there is no bath upstairs. But that was not a problem for the teen girls. Would stay here again. Property owners/managers very responsive. Had a bit of trouble with a bathroom sink and they came and fixed it quickly.

Summary: Very nice, clean property. Location was great and a bonus to include parking which can be an issue in area. The website description very accurate. Beds very comfortable. Had an issue locating Wi-Fi password, but was able to get from host. The upstairs bedrooms were not well ventilated and hot. We had to lower ac to make the rooms comfortable. A fan might be a nice addition to help move air. Would definitely recommend a stay there.
