Summary: I come from out of town for the yearly Tuscon Gem and Mineral Show. This was hubby and I 35th Anniversary and I treated us to a home. I will say on arriving the house had no water which was fixed in a few hours and we were able to stay in the house. Vacasa management did respond to the issue. This home has many positive aspects Location in the Catalina area of Tucson.less than mile from La Encanada mall, frost, Settlers West Gallery and Tavilino my favs in the city . The house itself love the ranch style with set down into living area, walkthrough kitchen. Master bedroom had a sitting area . Also I appreciated light fixtures labeled for turning on off lights. I really enjoyed the home and have booked again next year. I did read prior reviews there are few item which need to be addressed 1. Lock box is tricky and opening of the front door 2. No hot water noted in kitchen or bathroom next to 2 bedroom 3. Shower head has calcium buildup which needs to be fixed and unclear where to put trash or recycling 4 the Hot tub has been removed.

Summary: We loved staying here for Christmas. Everything suited us, especially the incredibly well provisioned kitchen, beautiful outdoor areas, and the stunning views from the patio at sunset of the Catalinas.

Summary: We spent a week in this beautiful house. Perfect location, it was clean, well equipped large rooms with tasteful furnishings and interior decor. We really enjoy the pool area and the privacy that this property offers. We also want to mention that the management company provided an excellent service. Thank you to all the Vacasa Tucson representative who helped us specially Dylan for your help the night we arrived when the storm shut down the power in the area and you light up our night!

Summary: Great experience. Walkable neighborhood. Easy to access sights and restaurants. Friendly folks. Comfortable home. Bed was a bit soft for us.

Summary: The house was well stocked. Had great beds. The views from the home are beautiful. The home design was fantastic. Great use of natural lighting. The materials used where very earthy and made you feel as if the house belonged in the environment. Almost every activity we did was within 1/2 hour. But the house was far enough away from all the noise and commotion of the busy streets.

Summary: I would've given 5 stars, but there were a few minor issues. First, we loved the location. The house was beautiful and clean. Vacasa was wonderful when it came to fixing issues. The owners should really look into changing the key and locks on the doors. The key is so tiny and we worried it would break every time. The doors are almost impossible to open. They are so unbelievably tight and it took my husband to shove it and push hard each time. The pool lights don't work at all. The outside is completely unusable at night. Only one outdoor light and ceiling fan worked. The one above the patio table didn't work, so Vacasa brought us a lamp. The guest bathroom light didn't work at all the first night along with the island kitchen light and a few others in the room next to the kitchen. A breaker must of gone out before we arrived. Vacasa came the next day and was there with us for 1.5 hours fixing it. It would be helpful to have clear instructions on the entire stay. Little details would help a ton.( We lost power for 4 hours during a lightening storm and scrambled to find power company, candles, flashlights, etc.) Overall, we really loved the house, the location, and the management team was great.

Summary: Beautiful views, sunsets either directly or lighting up mountains. Very clean and comfortable house, lots of outdoor seating areas, with amazing landscaping. Pool deck could use some new lounge chairs. Large master bedroom has big bathroom en suite. (Please get rid of the dirty large throw rug), other 2 bedrooms need to share a moderate size bathroom. Large den with 3rd bathroom on other side of house. Good gas grill outside. Close to many hiking trails.. It was just my husband and myself for 2 weeks and we loved it!
