The modern kitchen is appointed with sleek granite countertops. A wine fridge is included among the stainless steel appliances. The table in the breakfast nook seats four to morning meals. The primary dining area features a table for eight.
This three-story home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms and two bonus rooms. Sleep soundly on a king bed in the primary bedroom. Enjoy fresh Cape air on the private balcony and watch movies on the smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hallway.

Summary: The pool and home were lovely to get away from our daily home life and enjoy some family time away. The home was well stocked with amenities. Only one recommendation, a lobster pot for an on Cape property. We had to make ours in 2 batches.

Summary: Such a pretty home. Everything was perfect. Tastefully set up with nice furnishings/decor. Had everything we needed. Pool was perfect. Yard perfect. Too much to do - didn’t spend too much time at property but perfect home base for our family of 5. Vacasa is great property Mgr - very responsive. Nice quiet/safe neighborhood) Upstairs right sink would not drain and upon arrival had water in- could not release stopper - but no big deal as there was 2 sinks in bathroom. Just note to property Mgr to fix.

Summary: The home was well equipped with linens, washer/dryer and two primary bathrooms (plus one in the basement) an unground pool, fire pit and more. The kitchen was large enough to do plenty of cooking as well. The home is in a nice neighborhood centrally located between the bayside and oceanside areas of the Cape. South Cape Beach seemed to be the one we enjoyed the most with good waves, sea shells, no seaweed and a slight breeze on both days. I think we benefited from the slightly cooler week as the AC was just fine in the home. Overall, we would return again.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in this spacious home. It was a super hot week, so the pool was a welcome refuge. The location is great, just 10 min from ice cream, groceries, and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe for dog walking and kids riding bikes. The huge dining table was great for full family dinners and games. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: This home was truly exceptional and the photos do not do it justice. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous furnishings and the outdoor space, decks, patio and pool made our stay by far one of our top picks. We had 5 adults in our group (45+) who played in a 2 day golf tournament which was just a few miles away so location was super convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. I would highly recommend this home to rent.
