Beautiful 3 bed and 2 bath remodeled home with spacious kitchen, dining table and large and comfortable living room situated in clean and quiet neighborhood.
Excellent location- 12 min to south strip and 10 min to summerlin downtown shopping area.
Hairdryer, curling iron and straightener provided upon request. Bathroom amenities provided upon request.
Modern and tasteful interior throughout the house.
First bedroom and bathroom is on the first floor, it has a 65” smart TV and adjacent bathroom. This bedroom has a new Dreamcloud King size mattress.
The second floor features 2 bedrooms: one with a queen bed and make up table and mirror and adjacent bathroom. Another one with king size Dreamcloud mattress.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and freezer, George Foreman grill and blender. Plenty of counter space and 2 comfy bar stools.
***Complimentary coffee and filters provided!
Filtered and clean reverse osmosis water provided so no need to go out and buy bottled water! ***
Living room has large comfortable sectional and 70” smart TV, Blu-ray player, Samsung Bluetooth sound bar and Apple TV. (You May sign in to Netflix, Hulu, prime, etc with your own account).
Outside area ideal for BBQ or just lounging. Feel free to make a fire in the pit (please bring your own wood) and relax on the swing or chairs.
Laundry room downstairs with washer and dryer.
Garage is unavailable but plenty of driveway parking and free parking on the street.

Summary: Other than a slight mix-up related to the check in to the property and access to the lock box code everything was great. House was exactly as described. Comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was well-equipped. Convenient location.

Summary: My wife, adult son, his wife, and I stayed in the home for a long weekend. It was an excellent stay. 15 minutes to the downtown LV casinos and shows. And only 20 minutes to Red Rock Canyon Park. It’s in a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood too. We highly recommend it!

Summary: We stayed at Paulina’s house for 5 nights and had a great stay. 2 adults and 2 small children. The house was stylish, clean, and we loved having the open kitchen floor plan. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had absolutely no issues with our 10 night stay at the house. Everything was nicely decorated and functional, and even though it was so hot outside, the backyard was a great place to hang out after the sun went down. Communication with Paulina was great and she was always very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a little quieter place than right in the middle of the city.

Summary: The place looks exactly like the photographs. Beds are comfortable, TVs are super high quality, the area is really quiet but features a bunch of great coffee shops and restaurants, and Paulina is very friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend this place to others!
