Summary: We enjoyed staying at this house, as we were working College Football National Championship. The check in went well , and our team enjoyed their time here. No complaints.

Summary: We were very excited to find a house (actually 2 houses) with enough room for our party of 14 so close to downtown Atlanta over the holiday break. There was a couple of problems when we were there (leak with the dishwasher and the wrong code at first), but in both instances the owner responded quickly. It is in a part of town that is being redeveloped, so some people say it may not have been the safest neighborhood, but I didn't see anything that led me to believe that. Having said that, we didn't explore the neighborhood as we were there for the Peach Bowl and had other activities planned.It was well-stocked with towels, bedding, dishes and toilet paper, but make sure you bring your own toiletries (which isn't uncommon for a VRBO - it's not a hotel). We also took advantage of the games in the unit.I believe we may have been the first guests, as there was still the plastic you see on a new stove, and all of the appliances looked new (we didn't use the washer and dryer, so I'm not sure about that).I would stay there again and recommend to others as well.

Summary: I was traveling with a rather large group and this property perfectly suited our needs. The home was clean and was accurate to the listing. The location isn’t the greatest in the world, but we never felt unsafe at any point. You can tell the area has many renovations either completed or underway. Convenient to downtown. We made our way back and forth to State Farm Arena and it only took about 10 minutes each time. Check in was very simple. Parking, if you have several vehicles, is a bit of a jigsaw puzzle, but you can definitely make it work. Overall, I would recommend if you have a large group and need plenty of beds/rooms. This was our main concern, and this property perfectly suited our needs in that regard.
