Summary: The house is very nicely decorated and worked well our family. We were visiting family so ate out for the most part. If you plan on cooking, be aware that the kitchen is sparsely furnished. Parking can be tight due to limitations of the neighborhood and how many cars the neighborhood has. We had a couple issues due to the excessive heat when we stayed but Wayne was extremely responsive, usually in under 10 min. I would definitely stay again if in the area again.

Summary: My family had a very nice time. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice bedrooms and awesome private pool. Host was accommodating and responded quickly to emails. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: My stay at this location was a 10 out of 10! All my needs were accommodated. The house was clean and perfect. It looked just like the pictures on the listing. As well as the pool and outside. I packed everything and some but really didn't need to the house was pretty much filled with the basic day to day items that you will need. Upon arrival i needed to contact the host with a few questions and he responded right away. The stay went very smooth didnt run into any problems where i needed to call the host during the stay. Easy check in and easy check out. I will be booking again. Already trying to find a reason it rent again lol! Thank you so much for the comfortable stay will be back soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summary: The neighborhood is quiet and safe and neighbors are very nice. The house is cute with plenty of room for 5-6 people. We had an issue with the door locking behind us when we first arrived But Wayne was very communicative and we all managed to get through that snafu together. We stayed for a week and our time there was well enjoyed. It's not really pool season but I'm sure that would be cool if it were something we could have used at the time. Over all our stay there was nice once we got settled in. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We did our best to treat it as our own homes.

Summary: it was nice, quiet. parking is a little crowded. cleaning crew left laundry in the dryer before we arrived. it met our needs and we had a stress free stay. wayne was attentive and nice.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay while at this home.. beds were comfy .. decor was nice. Pool was cleaned. The host accommodated me well… anything I asked he answered or responded ASAP. Upon arrival their was a bottle of wine that really impressed me. I enjoyed my stay would restay definitely.
