Summary: Home was lovely and comfortable. It was well stocked for the group and everyone enjoyed their stay. Rooms were spacious and mostly had on-suite bathrooms which was really great. Views were incredible. We even had an eagle sighting above the river outside the dining room! Such a great property overall. Customer service was great! Will rent from Evolve again!

Summary: This house is beautiful. The rooms are large and updated. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and the dining area was large enough for our full house of adults and children. The outdoor area was wonderful to sit and relax. The side yard provided a great place to play corn hole and other games. One note, though - there is NO beach access as indicated in the description. One tiny area of sand (one beach chair maybe) appears at low tide that is not accessible unless you go through the water. There is a beach park not too far from the property but don't figure to sit on the beach in front of the property. Downstairs bed mattresses were a bit too firm for my taste and the two double bedroom downstairs does not have a solid door - it has a curtain. The owner was very responsive. Pt. Pleasant Beach was a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay here and have already talked about renting this house again - that speaks of our satisfaction with the property.

Summary: My extended family of 14 stayed at this house that was right on the Manasquan river. The house was wonderful! The large kitchen tables set up was perfect for our group. We woke each morning to the sunrise on the river. The house was airy, light, big, clean, and had everything we needed. All 5 teenage boys slept in the bedrooms in the finished basement level and were in heaven with their own living room down there. The two bedrooms on the main level were perfect for the family with the little girls. And then we remaining adults were in bedrooms upstairs. Everyone (each of the bedrooms) had their own comfortable beds and modern, great bathrooms. There is SO MUCH to do on the Jersey shore and it is also easy to pop into New York City for the day. We will definitely be back to rent this house for our next family get-together. My only caveat is that this property is better for families with kids over 4 years old, because the backyard goes right to the river (no fence). That didn't apply to us so we were happy as clams getting the unobstructed view and access to the river.
