Summary: Priperty is superb 4 bedroom house. Kitchen, common areas, bathrooms were all great, as were the bedrooms. The neighborhood and pool seemed great, but we were too busy to visit that. Communication with hosts was excellent.

Summary: This was my first time using Vrbo, but it won’t be my last. This house is located in a lovely, quiet community close to shopping and restaurants. The house was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. The rooms were clean and spacious. Mitch and Lee were easy to communicate with and accommodating. We had 4 women in our party and they suggested having more toilet paper available and some salt and pepper. We will be attending a wedding in the future and look forward to returning.

Summary: Third year we have stayed in this house. Each time 4 60+ guys playing in April USA National Adult Hockey Tournament in Wesley Chapel. Nice house, convenient, clean, great property managers.

Summary: The property was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to shops and restaurants. The furniture was comfortable and adequate. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but each person has their own preference concerning that. Owner was very responsive and pleasant. And even called me to let me know we left an item at the house. Def will rent again if needed.
