*Our Elegant 6,000 sq ft vacation home with 4 acres of private land is located in scenic Jackson, NH within the grounds of Nestlenook Farm.
*The unique arrangement of this home makes it perfect for family gatherings or groups of friends. (Sleeps 12.)The floor plan provides the opportunity for private time as well as plenty of areas for gathering.
The screened in gazebo with views of Mt.Washington is a great place to relax in addition to a secluded patio and 2 private porches.
* There are five spacious bedrooms with king sized beds, including 2 master suites each with gas fireplaces, wet bars, large screen TVs, indoor seating areas, private porches and private bathrooms with jet tubs.
*The spacious main kitchen with granite topped island and upscale appliances is fully furnished and the perfect venue for small functions. Second fully furnished kitchen for additional flexibility makes this property ideal for entertaining.
*Total of 6 bathrooms, many with jet tubs.
*Large Game Room with pool table, pinball game, large screen TV w/surround sound, high top table seating area and new sofas in gas fireplace seating area and library with wide assortment of books for guests to enjoy.
* 5 large screen TVs , "whole house" music system
* 5 gas fireplaces for ambience. Radiant heat throughout.
*Spacious open dining /living room area, family room, and sun room.
* There are multiple seating/dining areas and multiple sets of over stuffed sofas.
*Upscale furnishings and art throughout this vacation home.
*Fully air conditioned. Many rooms also have ceiling fans, should they be desired.
*Large patio and 3 balconies, many w/clear view of Mount Washington.
*Private setting situated on 4 acres. Landscaped grounds. Wildflower garden along hillside. Fenced in backyard. Great for star watching!
*Lovely mountain views throughout the year, including Mount Washington, from both inside and outside the house, making this a multi season destination.
* Screened Gazebo w/view of Mt. Washington has lights, fan and electrical access. Great dining option during warm months. Grills are set up right next to it.
* Walk out access to adjoining Nestlenook Farm grounds and cross country trails. Connection from the bottom of our driveway to the Jackson cross country ski trail system (Permit required for Jackson Cross Country Touring Company trail use.)
* Short drive to Wildcat, Black Mountain, Cranmore and Attitash ski areas. Minutes to White Mountain National Forest and Mount Washington. Convenient for visits to Storyland.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are booking for 3 or more nights, the housekeeping fee is an additional $300. If you are interested in a shorter stay, " inquire" before booking as it is not always available. The housekeeping fee for less than 3 night stays is $500.

Summary: This house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. We had ample room for our large family, and each group had their own full bathroom. We enjoyed walking around the property to see the horses in the snow as well. The location is perfect.

Summary: Our family group of 9 had a wonderful time here. House has everything you need and then some. Host was very informative and immediately responded to any questions we had. The grounds are beautiful and we got much use out of the heated pool. I would highly recommend this property for family get-togethers.

Summary: The owners are fantastic. The Grand Victorian was beyond our expectations. You can tell the owners take great pride in their vacation home. Summary: This is a fabulous house for large groups. Every bedroom room has a sumptuous king size bed and a unique decor. The heated floors and many gas fireplaces make a cozy, comfortable winter vacation house. The playroom with a full size pool table and pinball machine are really over the top. The hosts are very responsive. The location is perfect for skiing or horse drawn sleigh rides if the snow cooperates!

Summary: We had a marvelous time at the Grand Victorian creating Christmas memories with our immediate family and best friends. The location of the home was perfect and the home itself was even more beautiful than expected and the layout was perfect for our group. Two kitchens definitely helped while making Christmas dinner. The hosts were so gracious in calling us back after emailing them regarding how to warm the house on Christmas eve (as south Floridians, we don't usually have much need for heat! lol). Everything provided was more than adequate for our stay and all instructions on the operation of TVs, sound system, etc was very well explained. The hosts provided us with many suggestions on things to do, grocery stores, and the like which were also very helpful. Don't hesitate to book this property! Summary: We loved our trip to the White Mountains and staying at this fantastic home. Super spacious, lots of great amenities, and Linda is the best host! Highly recommend to others. We had four families, each with little kids. We all had our own space and could come together for meals and activities. The home is close to lots of great attractions and hiking spots. We had a great time!

Summary: The house is spacious and spectacular! Every room is decorated with antiques. There are beautiful Tiffany lamps and ceiling lights in all the rooms of the house. Unlike most rental properties, the house has plenty of supplies — laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and more. Two fully equipped kitchens. Every room has a separate AC. There are big screen TV’s in every bedroom and both living rooms. We enjoyed the pool table and arcade. It was great having a larger swimming pool with heated water and pool furniture to relax on. A full size gas grill was great for making easy BBQ meals. Our family really enjoyed our second stay at the Grand Victorian as much as our first stay three years ago!
