Summary: Both the house and the outdoor facilities are in top condition. The owner was very concerned about a pleasant stay and always available for us. The property is huge, offers a great panorama and lots of privacy. Three of the four bedrooms are on the lower level, each with a state-of-the-art bathroom. Access is only from the outside - you can only get to the kitchen/dining area via an outside staircase. A small grocery shop and a bakery/butcher are within walking distance. There you get everything you need and are served very friendly. The shopping centre "Fano Center" can be reached quickly and easily by car.

Summary: Everything was perfect for our group of 6. Lovely pool, plenty of shady trees and reclining sunbeds. A warm jacuzzi and a cool one. An olive orchard with interesting wildlife - deer, butterflies, birds, lizards. Wonderful views from the garden. Close enough to walk to the bar and shop in Sant 'Ippolito in a few minutes.

Summary: Bij de ontvangst is ons duidelijk uitgelegd hoe e.e.a. werkt. Maar vooral de extra aandacht die er was na onze persoonlijke brief was zeer goed. Er is rekening gehouden met het feit dat er kleine kinderen bij waren, daarvoor was de gekoppelde kamer ingericht en de kast geplaatst voor de deur naar buiten zodat de (klein) kinderen alleen via de slaapkamer van hun ouders naar buiten konden. Mijn vrouw had aangegeven dat wij daar waren i.v.m. ons 35 jarig huwelijk en speciaal daarvoor stond er een fles champagne klaar. Super attent !! Verder was er de dag voor onze aankomst een jacuzzi geplaatst . Als verrassing voor onze trouwdag, geintje, maar wel iets extra's wat deze locatie heeft te bieden. Wij kijken er enorm positief op terug, alles is perfect geregeld en in ultieme conditie.

Summary: Deze accommodatie is echt geweldig. Het huis en de tuin zijn erg verzorgd. De tuin, het huis en de omgeving zijn in harmonie met elkaar. De omgeving is prachtig. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis is als een schilderij. Vier mooie tweepersoons kamers en een goed uitgeruste keuken.

Summary: Bij aankomst zijn we heel vriendelijk opgevangen door Paolo, hij heeft ons alle ins en outs verteld van de vakantiewoning en bijbehorende zwembad. Accommodatie was van alle gemakken voorzien en de omgeving is prachtig. Paolo stond ten alle tijde ter beschikking mochten er vragen of problemen zijn. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad!

Summary: Fijn ontvangst. Duidelijke uitleg van alles wat we moesten weten. Wat een schitterend vakantiehuis. Mooi, modern, schoon en alles voorzien van een heerlijke airco. Dat was erg fijn, omdat de temperatuur bij ons niet onder de 35 graden is geweest. Elke slaapkamer apart afsluitbaar en met eigen moderne badkamer. Heerlijk zwembad, schitterende grote tuin. Wij hebben super genoten in dit huis. Een absolute aanrader.

Summary: Tophuis op toplocatie. De villa is zeer goed uitgerust, de grote tuin prachtig onderhouden en de buitenfaciliteiten zijn uitstekend. Eigenaar is heel behulpzaam en reageert vlot op vragen en verzoeken. Het enige minpunt is dat wij ons op de dag van vertrek een beetje weggejaagd voelden. De benedenruimtes met de slaapkamers moesten we al om 8.30 ontruimen. We konden wel nog ontbijten, maar de nieuwe gasten liepen vóór 10.00 al in de tuin rond terwijl de poetsploeg ook nog druk bezig was. Dit voelde niet goed. Om deze reden zou ik voor ons verblijf een negen geven in plaats van een tien.

Summary: Leider hat das Wetter nicht wie gewünscht mitgespielt. Jedoch konnten wir trotzdem jeden Tag geniessen im beheizten Pool und in den Jacuzzi. Die Kinder hatten einen riesen Spass! :-) Paolo, die gute Seele des Hauses, hat mit Spiel- und Malsachen unseren Kindern die Zeit verkürzt. Die Verwalter sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Wir würden sofort wieder buchen und hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.
