Positive: The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was awesome.
Negative: When you first arrive if you have to park in the garage there is no way for you to get in the building. That is a problem for handicapped guests like myself or even people with kids and a lot of luggage. I was in a handicapped room and the microwave didn’t work. I also had to ask for toilet paper. This is unacceptable. I might revisit this hotel but I hope there have been minor changes.
Summary: Overall I loved the friendly staff and the clean rooms.
