Positive: Thank you for the nice view on the 10th floor with the river view. Everything is very convenient, and the staff is nice and charming.
Negative: Having breakfast at Bow & Bend Rooftop was a really nice touch for a pleasant start to the day. However, the space got quite crowded during service, which made the overall experience feel a bit overwhelming. Because of the volume of people and the layout, it was difficult to navigate the stations and figure out what food options were actually available to eat. The view was very nice tho

Positive: Great location, snacks and all the things you need while travelling right there and easy to use, laundry etc.
Negative: That I couldn't just tap my phone to do my deposit. They required a physical card. What the hell? The rest of the world has moved beyond needing a physical card to check in. There was simply no way to get around it, i couldn't give them my card number, nothing. So I had to rummage through my multiple bags at 11pm when I just wanted to check in and go to bed, until I could find my wallet with my physical card. Don't Gen Z make fun of milennials and older for having physical cards? I thought that was because physical cards were dead, they certainly are in Australia. I haven't been asked for a physical card in literal years. All the staff could do was shrug and be like 'sorry, no card no stay' ok cool so you're happy to throw me out onto the street in the dead of night because even though I've booked, you've got my card on file, and there's literally no reason for you to suspect anything bad, my digital card isn't good enough. Absolutely ridiculous.

Negative: Access to washroom on ground floor one toilet for everyone not enough for size of accommodation provided.

Positive: The breakfast room isn't big enough for the amount of people. There were no cups and much of the food, cutlery runs out. After the second day we started to go to OBE. Staff said it's because it's full occupancy. However rooms are great. Staff in the Bar in the evening should work breakfast as they are better at managing.
Negative: Breakfast is a joke.
