Positive: I stayed here for almost 15 nights. The atmosphere is quite good, the location is convenient, and the area feels safe and quiet. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it is within walking distance to important places such as Seattle Center, the Museum of Pop Culture, and the Space Needle. The hotel facilities are complete and clean.

Negative: I would like to suggest improvements in housekeeping service. Some staff cannot speak English well, which makes communication difficult. One evening, I returned to my room and found it had been cleaned, but in the bathroom there was only one towel (even though we stayed as two people). There was no hand towel, no bath towel, and no body wash refill. I had to call the front desk, but there was no response. I had to call four times, and the problem was only fixed the next day. What I kept receiving was repeated apologies, even though my friend and I deserved better service and a faster solution.

Positive: Amazing, the potatoes were so goated people were fighting for the last serving, the mini breakfast tacos were mid, and the other stuff was super relevant and delicious. Thank you!

Negative: The highway road right next to the hotel kind of sucked walking along, but overall it was not too bad. I WISH you had bus passes on deck, because we had to walk a lot more because getting a day-pass was really hard. Not sure if it was a user error.
