Positive: Excellent hotel in the modern part of Lishui, extremely rich breakfast in Marriott hotel part (the Marriot and Element hotels are connected downstairs), wonderful room, low price. I would like to thank particularly Jenny from Marriott hotel reception who helped me arranged trips with local drivers to ancient villages and local forests. Without her I would not be able to enjoy my stay in Lishui so much.

Negative: Not everybody at the reception speaks English well so sometimes you have to use online translators for communication. The lights in the room turned on automatically at night sometimes. The restaurant in Element Lishui was not opened during my stay, the restaurant in Marriott Hotel had limited selection of meals for dinner. But you can eat in restaurants in nearby mall (but nobody speaks English there).
