Summary: It was fine but both rooms were missing the sofas that were supposed to come with them and ones phone wasn’t even plugged in to use and just didn’t end up working. Leaving the parking garage was also an issue. You have to use the paper ticket instead of the room keys and the front desk told me to come back and bring my paper ticket and she gave me a different one that should have worked for the gate and said if there is any issues to use the gate attendant but mentioned she was “not too happy with the front desk”. The “push for assistance” woman that is supposed to be of assistance said that the front desk wasn’t part of the hotel so not use them for issues with the gate? Just wasn’t helpful and had a bad attitude so that for sure left a sour taste when we were leaving. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! Just hate to have issues with some of the stay.
