Summary: Great centrally located at Midtown Crossing. They have a parking garage, but we just parked on the street across from the hotel instead of paying $15/night and never had a problem finding a spot. Also, free breakfast and chocolate chip cookies for free at the front desk in the late afternoon? Yes please!

Summary: Enjoyed the complementary wine, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast. The only thing I did not understand was that it took a very long time for the shower/basin water to become warm/hot.

Summary: They have no parking so you have to use a parking garage. So when i used the parking they double charged me. When i talked to the service manager they said they would reimburse me for the over charge. I never got reimbursed.

Summary: Our experience was wonderful! Everyone was super friendly, our room was comfortable and clean, and the places we were visiting were close by. We did get woken up in the middle of the night, due to someone arguing in the middle of the road, but obviously the hotel cannot control that. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we will be staying at the Element hotel again!

Summary: Staff at front desk was genuinely helpful, courteous and refreshingly friendly. Breakfast staff was so patient with rude guests.. quick on their feet to clean, add fresh food replacements and smiling. Awesome
