Positive: The apartment / hotel was beautiful in the very nice location. We were happy with our apartment, it was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only issue we had ,was the noise, as our apartment was on the 1st floor, we could hear people talking outside sometimes even in the late hours or very early mornings. Food at the hotel was tasty. Loved the pool(outdoor and indoor). All other facilities were good as well.
Negative: We loved the food at the hotel, however it was extremely busy at the restaurant during the breakfast. It was hard to find a table and also it was taking a lot of time to get the food as there were long lines. We appreciated that there was a kids club and lovely ladies entertaining kids, however there was only one hour a day when parents could leave kids under the care of the kids club ladies. The rest of the time it was parents responsibility to watch the kids(even when there were organized activities). Thats pretty short period in our opinion(our child loves staying at the kids club and playing with other children). Not exactly negative point but it could be improved.

Positive: We loved the location, the look of the hotel, the finish and the facilities at first glance it looks very luxurious. We booked an apartment which was a short walk through car park or outdoors pool area to the hotel (it seemed a bit odd in terms of the planned layout). The apartment was lovely, new and clean. We booked our stay for 4 nights and housekeeping was not included (this was not clear from the booking process). It was no problem except there was no brush , dustpan or a vacuum cleaner (we went hiking and brought some dust back with us). There were plenty of towels available and bathrobes for each person. We booked our stay with breakfast and subsequently booked the dinners too, (buffet style with at a set price ) and the food was amazing. Great choices and food quality food we were impressed. The outdoors pool was great, nice and warm to use in any kind of weather. Ans the kids wee able to play there for hours literally. We didn’t used the indoors spa and facilities, but it looked nice. I suspect a bit oversubscribed with people.
Negative: It felt oversubscribed. The dining room was a carnage and it was overwhelming (it was large and catered for a huge capacity), but like I said the food was delicious, so we didn’t mind in the end . Our kids also enjoyed the variety. There were moments one could not find cutlery, glasses or cups for water. The pool didn’t have any showers or toilets anywhere nearby . The deck chairs were constantly “reserved” by towels or bath robes. Some hooks or a bench area would be useful for those who just want to use the pool and go. The layout and getting to the hotel from the apartments was not planned well , pavements / car park stopped suddenly , one had to cross the grass to get to the next bit of pavement, this was awkward To navigate or watching people with push chairs/buggies to try to find their way. The let down for us were the staff. Except for the reception staff who spoke English and were polite attentive, everyone else seemed grumpy. It might be that they didn’t speak English which would not be a problem one of the 4 of us could communicate in Czech which is similar to Polish. The indoor bar staff seemed almost rude and no one in the restaurant cracked a smile. It was a real contrast to our experiences in other European countries or just across the board where people genuinely try to communicate.
Summary: Great location for an active holiday exploring the mountains. New, spacious and clean accommodation.
