Positive: The property is spacious, with four bedrooms making it ideal for a family or group of friends. The location outside of Reading centre means that a car is needed if you need to go anywhere. The property manager quickly visited to fix issues identified on check in.
Negative: The property was very dusty on arrival and would benefit from a thorough clean. The provided vacuum cleaner had a broken plug so i was not prepared to use that machine, no pan and brush was available to clean up the floor of dropped items.
Summary: Satisfied our needs but needs a thorough clean.

Positive: It had enough rooms for us all. Great location. Access and parking great.
Negative: Not very clean. Cobwebs everywhere, filthy skirting board,dirty carpet. Very tired. No tea and coffee or loo roll. Garden was unusable, overgrown and broken glass outside. No hoovering under bed. Need a review of their cleaning company.

Positive: The decor, comfortability, space, the garden, everything that was needed to cook was in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable and the dams in each room were really needed.
Negative: Having to leave. It was really lovely.

Positive: The location was ideal for our visit. On the edge of Reading, out of the city centre, but near the retail parks for shops and has a couple of convenience stores in the development. The place itself was spacious as described and had all the amenities we wanted. It has some lovely carved wooden furniture.
Negative: All guests struggled to sleep. Most of the beds were very uncomfortable and all bedrooms had very thin white blinds, so the rooms were light very early (stayed in summer). I think I had the one OK bed and had brought my eye mask, but otherwise everyone else had bad nights, sadly.
Summary: Nice property, but not great for a good night's sleep

Negative: the beds were like sleeping on stone. I needed 3 mattress toppers to make the bed comfortable for me. all the sofas in the lounge were far too low and I ended up buying a chair I could sit in. Otherwise, I only had the wooden kitchen chairs . The apartment was also dusty, where the cleaners had not dusted the floor level, windowsills in the bedrooms .
Summary: needs more thought about the beds and chairs
