Negative: It is inside an older building, a part of a hostel perhaps? Which was not made clear while booking - it was a short and busy stay so did not matter but was not what I expected

Positive: The rooms at the 9th floor are brand new and clean. They are very pleasant even though you can tell they still need to be completed with further details. Great view over the square. Kind and available staff.
Negative: It’s hard to find as it’s not a real hotel (they are inside an old building - reception at the 4th, breakfast within a hostel on the 2nd, rooms on the 9th), there is no sign whatsoever and no instructions are provided. There is a construction site on the room floor and an unsafe elevator. The wifi doesn’t work outside of the reception floor. The reception doesn’t work 24/7 as they say (tried to go there and call several times). The new shower is leaking, the safebox cannot be used, the window doesn’t close properly (it’s cold at night and extremely noisy all day).

Positive: Wonderful rooms in the center of Cairo. The rooms are huge and the interieur is new. But what really stood out to me, is the staff. Everyone is so nice and every wish is fulfilled. Special shoutout to Wafaa and Ahmed - you really made my day! :)
