• Newest construction in Happy Camp, Street of Dreams quality beach house with its own Private ELEVATOR servicing all 3 floors…yes, its own Elevator with a phone!
• Spectacular Bay and Ocean views. Please note that we installed a new high-end stainless steel Weber Propane Grill in Oct-2019 which is located on the deck overlooking the gorgeous views - a wonderful place to enjoy the views and BBQ!
• 3 bed, 3 bath including 2 Master Suites each with a private jetted Jacuzzi tubs, separate showers and custom tile/stonework throughout. Deck off master suite.
• Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows taking advantage of the fabulous views. We recently added high-end blinds that can be pulled up to maximize the incredible views or pulled down to provide complete privacy.
• Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters & detailed back-splash tile-work, custom cabinets and large pantry,
• Two large decks with high-end slate and custom railing. Both decks have outside furniture. The main deck has a large stainless steel grill so you can BBQ and enjoy incredible views right where the Pacific Ocean joins Netarts Bay (famous for it's oysters, crabs and clams!)
• Steps to the beach. Outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a full day of beach-combing, crabbing, clamming, fishing or simply enjoying gorgeous sunsets and bonfires on the beach
• Laundry room with high-end washer/dryer
• Complimentary high speed WiFi
• All furnishings throughout the entire house are brand new and high-end. Since this is a custom-built home with all new furnishings, we ask everyone to enjoy the beauty and comfort but please be gentle and care for it at the same time. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Summary: Nice house! Nice views of the ocean. Everything that we used was in good working order. The house seems to be rented out a lot and is showing some wear. Seems fairly clean although the dinner table and chairs need cleaning.Over all our experience was good and is close to many different excursions.

Summary: The host was very welcoming, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. Easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. The view from the house was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The elevator was very helpful with bringing things up the three stories and the directions were very clear and easy to follow. We would recommend this house. It was close to the beach and the outside shower and hose were a great addition also.

Summary: Lovely home. Everything was very upscale. Beds are very comfortable. Living room furniture was very comfortable and adequate for a large group. The view was stunning...better at high tide than low. We all got a kick out of watching the divers in the bay...after we figured out what it was. Close to beach access. Good parking. We loved the elevator. With two Grandmas (95 and 98) it was the main reason we booked this home. The huge kitchen accommodates several cooks at once. Appreciated the gas cook top. Everything was very clean. Host Nick was very accommodating and an excellent communicator. We would happily book this home again.Anna Frankus

Summary: The house was extremely comfortable for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids (12 and 5) for 11 days at the end of August. There are a ton of highlights including the very-well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, wonderful view, and easily walkable distance to what might very well be the most ideal beach on the Oregon coast. The beach is ideal because it is at the opening of a secluded cove (Netarts Bay). To the right is the waves and a nice walk to the Oceanside Haystacks. To the left is a beach with no waves at all, protected by the nature preserve ithmus where you can watch large herons hanging out and diving for fish right in front of you.The owners of the rental will include access to their crabbing and clamming equipment for a small fee, and this might be worth it just for the extra beach equipment that comes along with it, including beach chairs and digging toys donated by previous guests. I was a complete novice to any kind of fishing or crabbing but managed to watch enough YouTube videos to teach me how to catch crabs. It was exceptionally easy. Just throw the cages in the water with chicken inside and then pull them back after 30 minutes. We caught 8 crabs on our first attempt and let the kids of the nearby families see them up close before releasing them back.

Summary: The house was beautiful. Nick bent over backwards to make it a great stay. We had two babies and needed a Pack-n-Play. I asked if the property had one. It didn't but was there before we arrived. Check in was simple. The kitchen had all the pans we ever needed. Only thing we had to bring was a slow-cooker. They had all the spices we needed. The elevator came in SO handy for our one grandson that is wheelchair bound. We also had friends come for dinner and for those that had trouble with stairs, it made it so much easier. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. Having 2 master suites was also a big plus. A great place to stay, you will enjoy.
