Positive: Safari tour guides are very knowledgeable and professional, very passionate about wild animals. very clean comfortable tents(glamping style) and great food and drink menu. Service is exceptional, and staff is very friendly.
Negative: extra charge for national park entrance was not mentioned, but is mandatory - 90 USD per person per day, and extra 50 USD per person per day is a mandatory conservancy fee because of the camp's location, and we weren't aware about it at the time of the booking.

Positive: The property is beautiful and all the staff are amazing. Esther, who helped us with all our bookings was fantastic. She was very prompt & organised, & made all arrangements seamless. Nicolene at the front desk was very warm and made all arrangements for our checkin & dinner, even though we arrived extremely late. Simon, our safari guide was amazing and tried his best to make sure we spotted a lot of wildlife. Our room attendant, Paul was great. Phillip at the restaurant provided excellent service and also took some amazing pictures for us. They also arranged a bush breakfast and a sun-downer for us, both of which were great!
Negative: Nothing - Everything was amazing :)

Positive: Staying at the Elewana Tortilis Camp Amboseli was a wonderful family experience! We chose Amboseli National Park because we wanted to see elephants with Mount Kilimanjaro as a backdrop, and we chose this hotel to make our trip even more magical! I won’t spoil the surprise, but everything was perfect—from the warm welcome to the service and the meals. We were traveling as a family with three teenagers and stayed in the beautiful two-bedroom family villa—absolutely stunning! I give it five stars, and if I ever return to Amboseli, I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation! Many thanks to the entire team for your kindness and hospitality!

Positive: Exceptional game drives with knowledgeable guides. We were blown away by the sheer amount of wildlife on the drives and bush walk. We were treated to an abundance of animals and birds, and particularly enjoyed being in close proximity with Craig, Amboseli’s biggest tusker. The camp is very luxurious and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after like royalty. Delicious meals prepared to a high standard in the bush and at the camp, evening sundowners overlooking Kilimanjaro, morning sunrises and incredible landscapes, this is a very special place and exceeded our expectations in every way.

Positive: The Elewana Tortilis Camp was in a beautiful setting and the staff pulled out all of the stops to make our stay memorable. From the morning coffee/tea and cookies at wake-up to the breakfast in the bush and sundowner on top of a hill with staff Masai teaching us about their culture, the staff outdid themselves. The guide knew exactly how to track the elusive cats so that we were able to see a lioness and her 5 cubs and a cheetah and her 5 cubs. Not to mention the herds of elephants and many giraffes! What an amazing sight! Peris, Chris, Jimma, Ben, Graeme and Sandy, as well as all of the other staff whose names I have sadly forgotten, made for a fantastic safari experience!
Negative: Nothing could be better!
