Summary: I got a roll that had a bad smell in the bathroom. No AC but a small portable fan which was not effective at all. I changed rooms and the smell was less but still there in the bathroom. Elevator went off and had to struggle with luggage downstairs. Generally not a pleasant stay.

Summary: The place is super clean, the staff are very courteous and helpful and the facilities are modern and lovely. I enjoyed the complimentary access to the gym and pool as well as the airport shuttle. I’ll definitely come back again.
