Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Tip Top. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and professionally managed. Everything felt tidy and in good condition. The staff was particularly noteworthy — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We felt genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

Negative: The Guest Relationship Management was a bit disappointing. While the team was clearly making an effort, they were unfortunately not very helpful when it came to clarifying questions. We were especially irritated by the procedure at breakfast. Every time we ordered coffee, the waiter asked for our room number. Since we had booked half-board, we assumed that hot drinks were not included. This led to unnecessary confusion and a slightly uncomfortable feeling. Only at the end of our stay did we learn that coffee was in fact included in the half-board arrangement. When we asked for clarification, we only received vague and evasive answers (“bla bla bla”), which left us rather unsatisfied.

Positive: We are very happy with our stay and choosing this hotel was a great decision! The sea is crystal clear and there is even a small hidden beach that we almost had all to ourselves. The food was good to very good, even though I am usually quite picky. The room facilities were also very nice, and we really appreciated that a bottle of water was provided every day. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the guys at the beach bar — Aleks, Omar and Arestis — who were always very friendly and attentive! We also loved the activities and sports facilities such as tennis, football and ping pong, including the equipment provided. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking and made the whole experience even more special. Even though the drive from the airport takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes, it is absolutely worth it! We will definitely come back again!!!

Positive: I had an amazing experience at Elix, Mar-Bella Collection. The place is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning scenic views where the beach meets the mountains. Everywhere you walk, there is this incredible fresh scent from the grass and flowers that makes the whole atmosphere feel peaceful and luxurious. What truly made this hotel special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I couldn’t pass by a single employee without being greeted warmly — from the gardeners to the waiters and every other staff member. You can clearly see that the people working there truly love their jobs. Everything was organized perfectly, smooth, and professional, with everyone knowing exactly what they were doing. One moment that really impressed me happened at the Azure Beach Bar. Just two minutes before the kitchen was about to close, the waiter personally came to each guest and asked if we wanted to order anything before closing time. That level of care and attention to guests was amazing and shows hospitality on another level. The hotel and rooms were spotless, very modern, and easy to use. Everything worked perfectly, and even the shampoos and bathroom products smelled incredible. The entire experience felt high-class, luxurious, calm, and private. The food was also outstanding — high quality everywhere you looked. Honestly, this hotel offers everything you could ask for in a vacation. I would absolutely recommend it to everyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Greece.
