Indulge yourself to the tranquil secluded setting on the creek reserve with glimpses of bay views from the 2 spacious elevated deck. This architecturally significant Kevin Borland designed home captures all aspects of the natural surrounding complemented with carefully selected pieces of designer furniture. Eliza 125 also features works by artists Emma Borland, Anita von Bibra, Tali Dalton and Deidre Curnow.

This resort style home sleeps 6 and is ideal for romantic couples, family wanting to be together or executive in between stay.
The main queen bedroom with sliding glazed doors frames the foliage cascading down the reserve and with sunlight streaming through the leaves, encourages you indulge & laze in bed.
The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds which can be joined together to form a king size bed.
The 3rd bedroom (queen sofabed) has concertina doors which when opened can be extended into the 2nd living to form one huge living space.
There are 2 bathrooms with quality fittings, one with soaker bath complemented with treetop view.
The modern equipped Kitchen opens onto the dining area with a setting for 6.

Summary: Huan’s gorgeous house is the perfect place to relax with so many spaces to curl up with a book. The kitchen and BBQ provides all you need to do some cooking. The view from the outdoor area makes you feel like you’re away from everything. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: What an incredible property. Architect designed with a lovely flow and relaxed feel and tremendous history. We had a great family short break in a beautiful area. The house has all that you need and for anyone who appreciates design, this will please and enchant. The fridge was stocked with just the right goodies to please the whole family and was really appreciated after a long trip. The owner is a delight to correspond with - couldn't recommend a better place to stay. We will be back in the future.

Summary: Our family stayed at Eliza 125 for the recent Easter weekend and had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. We made use of the beautiful deck and BBQ and enjoyed our many walks down to the beach. We were also lucky enough to be in town for the local Farmers market and spent an afternoon in near by Mornington. Perfect holiday destination!

Summary: Had a lovely tranquil stay at Eliza125. The property is beautifully designed, with plenty of light in all of its generous living spaces. Interior furnishings are great - modern appliances set against retro furniture pieces supply a lot of character. Less than 5 minutes drive to Mt Eliza shopping village and 10 minute walk to the beach.

Summary: We had a beautiful weekend stay here. The house is beautifully designed / furnished and very well maintained by the owners. We only stayed for a weekend but it is well facilitated, and we'd easily consider a longer restful break here! The highlight is the deck which opens out to the back - the most incredible surprise. Communication was easy also. We will definitely be back during the summer!

Summary: If you love modernist design then this house is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience a home from one of Australia's great architects, Kevin Borland. It has been beautifully restored and maintained with all modern amenities, yet still retains its original character. The home has an amazingly comfortable and inviting feeling to it. And the deck is incredible. It is clean and well kept and everything was very easy to arrange and manage. We certainly plan to come back here in the future.
