Summary: Your hotel is very beautiful, and the room is spacious. However, the ice machine on our floor isn't working. The pool area is great, with the outdoor access and the hot tubs, but there was debris in the water. I pay for peace and quiet. Pool etiquette requires respecting others; sure, no running, but that also means not splashing people. I actually went to the front desk because I was fed up with the kids jumping in—I couldn't swim without getting water in my eyes. A staff member came to the pool, but apparently, the children were allowed to splash everyone. Once the staff member left, the kids started up again even worse than before. I used to think only the French were inconsiderate, but clearly that’s not the case—though, fortunately, not all Americans are like that. We’ve stayed in cheaper hotels before and seen kids jumping in; we’d just tell them to stop, and there was never an issue.

Summary: It can be hard to find a hotel that can sleep 6 people. This one fit the bill and was a great stay! We only stayed 1 night and didn’t get a chance to check out the pool. But the room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Summary: Had I known how nice this property was I would have changed my hotel plans. We spent 4 nights at Jackson Lake Lodge in their most expensive suite spending a small fortune and would have preferred to stay at this property. (Just minus the view of the Tetons.) The entrance is beautiful, the room was spacious and completely updated, the breakfast room was beautiful and everything you could want for breakfast. Also very close distance to the heart of Jackson Hole restaurants and shopping. This will forever be my hotel of choice in this area!!!

Summary: As expensive as this room was, the room should have been immaculate but the pool was under construction, there was limited parking, the rooms smelled terrible and the second floor room was hot with the air conditioner running the bottom room was freezing cold. The room was outdated and carpet smelled and sub par bathroom at its price point.

Summary: Charming inn just off the main street, very clean. Kind and helpful staff. Cabins were comfortable for a family of 5. Breakfast had good variety but the staff had a hard time keeping the food filled. The only minor inconvenience was the pool and hot tub were out of service our 1st day.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, well maintained with a lovely staff. Breakfast was good and the location was nice - a little off the main drag so a bit quieter but an easy walk to everything! Would without a doubt stay there again!
