Summary: The home is large & roomy. Beds comfortable. Kitchen magnificent. Deck area very nice for morning coffee & evening grilling. Living room couch is old & uncomfortable. Should be replaced. Getting to the lake is difficult & steep. Dock/swim area is in a weedy backwater. Used the paddle boat to get to the lake proper to swim. Loved the rock painting idea!!! Great fun!

Summary: With 8 adults and 4 children and 2 dogs the house and yard was spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, having room for outdoor games and lots of room inside. The only downside was there wasn't a place on the property for the children to go in the water. It had a steep dropoff for the little ones. But if you drive into Phillips there was a beach, a splash pad with a playground that was 7-10 minutes away.

Summary: The Cabin is very spacious and had a ton of privacy.Kitchen was huge and a wonderful entertaining area. We enjoyed our stay very much

Summary: Overall very nice. Loved the kitchen and great room area. Upstairs especially was nice. Downstairs could use some remodeling. There is a pretty drastic difference in temperature upstairs and downstairs, would recommend more blankets downstairs. Would also recommend leaving extra supplies of toilet paper and paper towel for large groups. If we had not brought our own we would not have had enough of either for the weekend. Overall, we would stay again! Loved the firepit and volleyball court!

Summary: Rentrd this house for a snowmobile trip. House was perfect for our 9 adults. Lots of room. Large entry way perfect for gear. Big open kitchen/living room perfect for just hanging out and socializing. You can ride from the house onto the lake, but when we went in mid March there was some open water so we took the road to the lake. Super easy. Host was wonderful. Answered all our questions quickly. Highly recommend

Summary: We were in town to visit our mom for Thanksgiving, and she lives in Phillips. We rented the house for some of our siblings to stay at since our moms house is smaller. This house was so great. We didn't spend to much time their, but it was super nice!

Summary: Bought $100 worth of steaks at the local pick n save only to realize the grill did not work properly. Couch was gross and dirty. Front door code did not work or was given the wrong code. Metal pipes between posts on the deck are NOT safe. They are not properly secured. Fishing was terrible.
