Positive: My daughter and I extended our trip in Crete as a last-minute decision. We wanted something all-inclusive and it was actually quite a little further away than we wanted to go. We were actually based in her Ralli at the time we’re flying home the day before. As soon as we arrived they made us feel like a VIP guest. We were taken by golf cart to our room which was a Seaview had two rooms and a hallway in a bathroom plenty of storage for close very comfortable too on the wall TVs and a huge balcony that went across the both of them with the table and chair chairs outside so we could sit and do our make up in the evening. The food was unreal. We ate in the main buffet and I have to say we’re not normally buffet people but this was top class incredible food healthy choice food indulgence choices or wine beer spirits anything that you like? I’m a bit of a tequila girl and they had reposado. We’ve already booked to go back next year for two weeks love it love it love it

Positive: The resort has very well equipped facilities with Padel, Tennis, several pools, Kids Club, Ninja warrior area and more. We originally booked a Junior Suite for 2 adults and 2 small kids, but later changed for a Swim-up room, which completely changed the experience in a positive way (no more stairs with the strollers, no more looking for a bed at the swimming pool, quieter pool experience). - Padel court was brand new and the hotel is providing all equipments. - Pool snacks were the highlight on the food side: all day long order were very convenient for kids, including some simple but good dishes, ice cream all day available for the kids, as well as good desert snacks. - A la carte restaurants also made a good difference to change from the main buffet. - Food quality was relatively high for an all-inclusive resort.
Negative: Beds at the main pool were hard to get, many people were booking them from early in the morning, making it hard to have a spot: it's more the fault of the customers than the hotel, but it was clearly inconvenient. - Not enough privacy: people are passing by the rooms all day long, making privacy limited. - The fish choices could have been better: on most days, the fishes offered were high not best fishes available. - Bartenders were often not trained enough on how to make equilibrated cocktails (often too much sugar). - Pools have an issue with chemicals: all light bathing suits became yellow. Not sure if it's reversible in the washing machine, so better wear dark bathing suits.
