"Aspen Wast" (Villa 27) is a luxury rental villa in the heart of Ellicottville. Built in 2016, the 3,000 sq. ft. unit has 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms. The four bedrooms offer: BR#1 - 1 King; BR#2 - 1 King; BR#3 - 1 Queen; BR#4 - 2 Fulls and 2 Twins (bunk beds). The lower bedroom (BR#1) has a fireplace looking out onto patio with a breakfast bar, heated floors and kitchenette (includes refrigerator and sink). The second floor has a spectacular great room with two story windows, dining room, full bath, full kitchen, wet bar, heated floors, wine fridge, beer fridge, washer/dryer and a double sided fireplace looking out onto the balcony. Granite, high-end appliances and appointments throughout. The third floor has three bedrooms with two full baths and loft TV / lounge area. The unit includes an attached single car garage and outdoor parking. The patio and balcony have an astounding view of the mountains, walking distance to area restaurants and shops. Holimont and Holiday Valley ski slopes / golf minutes away. Holiday Valley ranked #3 on list of "Best in the East" by Ski Magazine.

Summary: We stayed here in January and had a great stay with 8 adults and 4 kids. The common area is huge and a fantastic gathering area where we spent most of our time after skiing. Highly recommend.

Summary: The house in Ellicottville was large and spacious for our three families. We loved that it was close to the village that we could walk and enjoy all the wonderful shops and restaurants. The kitchen was large and great for cooking as well as the large table all 8 of us could eat at! The property does need some minor things to be addressed. The grill was very dirty and the ignition switch did not work. There was standing water in one of the cabinets from a coffee pot that had been put in on it's side as well as another coffee pot that we had to clean as it had a moldy coffee filter left in it. There was a lot of food left in the cabinets, much of it was opened. The upstairs bedroom with the bunkbeds had an outlet box that was hanging out of the wall and the upstairs bathroom faucet sprayed into the hallway carpet. The tub in that bathroom also did not drain well. In general the house was great for our group, large and spacious. For the price per night for the house, we would have hoped some things could have been addressed before renters arrived. Thanks so much!
