Summary: The property was beautiful, I really enjoyed being there and going to the spa. It was so snowy outside but the spa, restaurant, everything was walkable through the inside which made it so much better. The staff was also amazing and polite, made the experience very welcoming.

Summary: Staff are always great, very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the restaurant and was very disappointed in our meal. Very bland and no flavor, was expecting alot better especially with the prices of the menu.

Summary: Had an amazing stay from check in to check out. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Fast service and gave us all the information we needed to have a lovely stay. Room was comfortable and nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely be back again.

Summary: Should have a few road signs a few km away, lord Kitchener in hotel restaurant is not appropriate as a general in Boer war had role in concentration camps 1897 to 1901 killed 30 000 women and children. In WW 1 was general against my grandpa and perhaps if tactics and strategies changed I might be non existent.
