Positive: it was a good location
Negative: the floors were stained and dirty. the aircon was not in a good place. the linen was dirty and the chair was the most dirty. the remote also barely worked. it was also very loud and we weren’t told about the renovations happening before/when we booked. and there was only 3 pillows all up.

Negative: That I couldn't check in as Booking.com and the motel had some sort of miscommunication (even though I received emails and txt message confirming my booking with a reservation and booking number. I could not book in and had to call management, This is a motel that has 24 hour check in. Management did their best to sort this out in a timely manner, but it took longer than expected and there was a language barrier so I am still not 100% sure what the actual problem was.
