Positive: comfortable rooms, good facitlies

Negative: That I couldn't check in as Booking.com and the motel had some sort of miscommunication (even though I received emails and txt message confirming my booking with a reservation and booking number. I could not book in and had to call management, This is a motel that has 24 hour check in. Management did their best to sort this out in a timely manner, but it took longer than expected and there was a language barrier so I am still not 100% sure what the actual problem was.

Negative: I didn’t like there was no privacy curtain and the blind that was there allowed the room to be very light at night. We had to ask for clean towels each day and one day the lady refused us until the man gave them to us
