Positive: Great family location, garden and BBQ amazing. Kitchen was 5*.
Negative: We were 8 persons and not 9 in the end. If the extra person came it would be uncomfortable. Ideally, there should be a sofa bed option downstairs, that would complete the place!
Summary: Lovely place to go with the family! It really made the trip worthwhile!

Positive: The cottage was beautiful. Hosts had left a lovely cake, Prosecco, juice and more on arrival. Totally unexpected. Instructions on key collection and what to do on exit were so simple and clear. Thank you so much we had a lovely time!
Negative: No complaints!
Summary: Lovely, peaceful and brilliant place to stay. Probably the best cottage I’ve stayed in.

Positive: Great location, lovely setting in a very nice little village. Short walk to the pub and easy access to Cotswold walks and sights.
Negative: Dishwasher was in bad condition. I had to fix the bottom drawer myself. Toilet flush handles were in poor condition. Disappointed there were no games/puzzles/activities you would usually expect to find.

Positive: The location is about a 10 minute drive from the centre of Stratford in a beautiful quiet hamlet/village across from a church. There is a 3/4 car drive and a large garden with cushions and furniture. There were lots of little treats waiting for us including a large homemade cake, chocolates and milk and Prosecco in the fridge! Four spacious bathrooms, two with en-suites and a cloakroom downstairs. Well fitted kitchen with coffee machine and milk frother - we had everything we needed for a long weekend with friends and family and children!!
Negative: Unfortunately the WiFi was not working (a fault that the host hadn’t been able to fix) and there was not network reaching the village, so we had to drive into town to find signal in order to plan and book our trips. This was the only negative however

Positive: The garden is amazing lots of different areas to explore and secure for the kids to play in. Property is a lot bigger than expected and attention to detail was exceptional. A beautiful cake to greet us as well which was delicious. An amazing weekend in a superb location will definitely be returning. Even had a visit from a hedgehog while we were there.
Negative: There was nothing we would change.

Positive: Beautiful garden and beautiful house. Plenty of parking which was great as there were four cars. Outdoor and indoor seating for 8 which was really important for the party.
Negative: The church bells ringing through the night kept a few members awake.
Summary: Fabulous cottage which we will hopefully return to.
