Positive: Location was great and we loved the look and feel of the room. We also loved that there was a pullout couch since we were traveling with kids

Negative: The place was not clean. The floors were super dirty and our socks turned black from the dirt on the floors. The cool air had a hard time reaching the back bedroom.

Summary: Very cool place in a great location walkable to Old San Juan. Good value.
