Positive: The location and the view

Negative: Bad organisation, the owner is not there and let other people manage the apartments. The cleaning lady doesn't know when to come to clean. She came only one time because i called, in a 10 nights period.

Summary: The location and view is amazing, but the organization and cleaning is bad. It' a pity!

Positive: Excellent location, downtown and front beach. The apartment is large, two bedrooms and a kitchen with living. Restaurants are on a distance of 1 minute by walk. Jasmina was very kind to guide me to the dock where you can park the car. I recommend Elvetia House.

Positive: Clean, spacious apartment, AC in every room, pantry, very close to the beach, tavernas, stores, bakery. Kitchen very well equipped. Free public parking. Amazing sea view.

Positive: I think that this property has a lot of value under the right circumstances. It is spacious and you have beautiful view of the sea, close to the main area of Potos. It had comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. I think it's a very good property to book when the weather is sunny. The hosts were nice.

Negative: Not very clean, according to my wife's standards. We parked in the public parking (in front of the house, on the pier), which was ok for the month of May, but in high season, the private parking needs to be available. Since I didn't have any issues with finding a parking spot or with the police, it was ok to park on the street, but a missing parking spot for me would have meant a canceled stay, especially since this is the first filter I apply for any booked stays. Missed salt, garbage bags (only one found), not enough sugar and paper towels for cleaning the kitchen but we bought them ourselves. Had no warm water for 2 days because of the clouds - used water that we warmed on the stove and a small plastic bottle to wash ourselves. There was a missunderstanding when receiving the keys, as on booking there were some old contact details.

Summary: Would be a great stay, but needs work on services
