Positive: The size of the apartment and the staff are very supportive.
Negative: It’s better if the have Aircondition in each room rather than one unit for the all the apartment, which leads you to have a fan in the main bedroom.

Positive: Great location and extremely well furnished and appointed. Almost new and a superb place to feel at home in. Great laundry facilities
Negative: I received a flurry of messages from the management asking for details on arrival times and methods written in a way that was bordering on being annoying and slightly officious. The messages indicated that I would be met at the appointed time by a representative. I was on a cycling trip and eventually answered their message to the effect that I would be there at 3 PM. When we arrived, there was no one there. Eventually, we were noticed by the cleaners who rang the office and a man came at about 3.15. He was pleasant and informative enough, but brushed off my suggestion that we were not met with a reply indicating we should have rung his office. Given the number and perceived tone of messages we had received, I was surprised by his slight insouciance and disinclination to apologise, even if insincerely, for keeping us waiting.

Positive: Our family of 6 adults stayed at this Zurich apartment and had a pleasant experience. The place was very neat, with regular cleaning services that included refilling coffee pods and making the beds. The washer and dryer in the apartment were very helpful. The location is excellent, walkable to Zurich HB or easily accessible by tram.
Negative: However, the apartment has only 2 full bathrooms and one half bath, and the half bath door didn’t close properly. The upstairs room lacks a door, so privacy for adults in that room is limited. Despite these minor issues, the apartment is very nice, with high quality appliances, the location is very safe and convenient for getting around the city.
