Summary: If you've stayed at one Embassy Suites, you know them all. Room was spacious and breakfast much better that what lesser hotels provide. very quiet, too.

Summary: The hotel and my request for a quiet room were honored. The only complaint I have is that the shuttle bus that was scheduled to take us/people to the airport at 5:15 AM, was 20 minutes late and picking us up at the Embassy. When I first arrived at the airport, I called for a shuttle and no one ever answered the phone. I had to walk to the hotel with all my luggage.

Summary: We came on a family trip with two toddlers and a teenager, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful, the night shift staff was friendlier than the day shift but nonetheless still all professional. The hotel accommodated us with two cribs ready in our room, and a breakdown of the public transit system which we use throughout our stay. The Continental breakfast was unmatched to any breakfast we've had in a hotel. So far, The omelette station and chefs were incredible. With this hotel being so close to the airport and with the free shuttles, this will definitely be our go-to place when we come to visit Boston!

Summary: Embassy suites is our favorite hotel and if there is one in the cities we travel to, it’s a no brainer to know where to stay. Rooms are quiet, beds are comfortable and breakfast is wonderful, as always.
