Summary: Pros: Friendly and helpful associates, clean and in a good location in downtown ATL. Cons: The kitchen could not keep up with the breakfast crowd. They ran out of silverware, plates and there were trays of food that were never refilled. The bed was probably the hardest bed I've ever slept on. My body was sore after only one night.

Summary: We booked a premium king suite through Hotels.com. When we entered the room we found it to have 2 double beds. Contacting the front desk, they said they were booked up and since we booked through a third party, priority went to other guests. After an hour texting with a customer service rep from Hotels.com, he was finally able to get a substitute king suite room.

Summary: Overall it was a good stay with a few hiccups...running short on towles for the pool, running out of plates and silverware at breakfast, and evening front desk seemed snippy. It felt like the enitre property unprepared for the weekend. Valet parking stores your car in the public parking lot next door AND they charge $60 per day !! On the good side as the weekend progress everything seemed to run smoother and the location cant be beat !!! I would stay again.
