Summary: Lobby was extremely hot. Our 1st room too hot/ AC problems. Moved to another room, but was a room of less value. Went from corner room to not a corner room. At least it was much cooler! My husband was told that $100 would be taken off the price, but we were still charged the original booking rate. Next morning, lobby and breakfast area so hot! Also, elevator would not stop on our floor. I would push down button, it would ding, then elevator would go by, and light down light would go out. Tried 2 more times, then gave up and walked down. Had planned to eat breakfast at the hotel (a big reason we booked Embassy Suites), and it was too hot to think about eating a hot breakfast and drink coffee. Was able to take elevator back to our floor. Walked down with luggage because of elevator issue with going down. Had to pay to eat breakfast elsewhere. We liked the location with proximity to the airport. My husband did utilize the shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle departed on time. He was dropped off at the airport in a timely manner. Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Hotel just seems dated. When I return to pick up my husband from the airport next week, I will not be booking this same hotel.

Summary: The front office personnels were so friendly and professional. Even though we got there early they made sure we were checked in and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was so good. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to use same hotel in the near future. Thank you
