Negative: The staff told my husband breakfast ended at 930 on Saturday so he rushed out of the breakfast area to only then find out when we were leaving that was a lie as the lobby was filled with people eating breakfast at 1020. Two tables in our room were broken the legs barely attached. The housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 am asking if we were leaving. Which I found very rude as I was still trying to sleep considering we had until 11 to check out and we still left early. I was very disappointed with the hotel itself. Embassy suites tend to be on the higher scale and the prices reflect this however this property did not meet the standard.
Summary: Wouldn’t stay here again.

Positive: Beds and pillows were comfy. Room was clean and comfortable.
Negative: The bar was poorly stocked - we could not get decaf coffee. Asked for Baileys (we could see there was a bottle in the fridge but bartender said it was no good - said the same of the Kahlua that we could also see in the fridge). Room did not have the bedding necessary for pull out.

Positive: Breakfasts were absolutely great. The location of Embassy Suites was very close to the home of our son, who lives close by in Wheaton.
Negative: When we checked in on Friday, we had a difficult time understanding the man who checked us in. He is from India, and his English was difficult to understand. Not very friendly... (Maybe he was embarrased, so give him a break! (Ha!)
Summary: We were in the area to attend our oldest grandson's high school graduation, and had a great time!

Positive: The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful! The hotel seemed clean and the location worked well for us.
Negative: I tried to check in on the mobile app and there were issues with that so I had to go to the desk and I still never got a digital key card. The hotel overall seemed to be short staffed and there were computer issues when checking in. I felt like our room was a little overpriced, but I was there for a wedding and to see folks I hadn’t seen in a long time so I was willing to spend the extra money. Parking was definitely an issue and it wasn’t clearly marked that there was parking in the rear of the hotel. I actually found that on accident.
Summary: A pleasant stay in a clean hotel with an excellent breakfast and close to Wheaton College.
